Application for registration.—Every specialised adoption agency carrying on the placement of children in adoption shall make an application for registration to the Committee in Form VI, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of children held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
