Surrender of certificate.—Every specialised adoption agency who ceases to carry on the placement of children in adoption shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every admission register held by him has been disposed of.
