Clause 2, Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage (Tube well Control) Order, 2020 [SD2-FV6]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 1954); (b) "cultivator of irrigated land" means a person carrying on the irrigation of land from a canal; (c) "sample of water" means a sample of water received, held or disposed of by a cultivator of irrigated land in the course of the irrigation of land from a canal; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
