Intimation of change.—Every repairer of firearms shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form IV and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
