Intimation of change.—Every institution for persons with disabilities shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form VII and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
