Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the storage operator of foodgrains shall apply to the Referral Laboratory in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Referral Laboratory shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
