Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any registered user dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Appellate Board in Form 18, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every design then held; and the Appellate Board shall enter the intimation in the register within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
