Rule 21, Uttarakhand Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2020 [SD2-2J5]

Safe custody.—Every transporter of hazardous chemicals shall keep every no-objection certificate to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the transport of hazardous chemicals is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every no-objection certificate so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the National Executive Committee within seven days of the close of each year.
