Intimation of change.—Every shopkeeper in a village market shall intimate to the Block Development Officer, in Form 5 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Block Development Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
