Surrender of certificate.—Every shopkeeper in a village market who ceases to carry on the keeping of a shop in a village market shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Block Development Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every register of buildings held by him has been disposed of.
