Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form GSTR-1 and Form GST EWB-01 shall be supplied by the Joint Commissioner on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within one hundred and eighty days of that date.
