Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Grievance Redressal Forum in the custody of the Chief Electrical Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Grievance Redressal Forum; and where the Chief Electrical Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form II within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
