Application for registration.—Every contractor supplying employees carrying on the supply of employees to an establishment shall make an application for registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 31, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every annual account statement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
