Safe custody.—Every executor of a will shall keep every order of maintenance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of the estate of a deceased person is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every order of maintenance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar General within ninety days of the close of each year.
