Surrender of certificate.—Every executor of a will who ceases to carry on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every notice of intended marriage held by him has been disposed of.
