Production of records.—Every owner of a building in a village shall, on request by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these rules for inspection at the premises where the construction of a building in a village is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any assessment register not held at those premises.
