Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in the custody of the Deputy Registrar of Companies, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Serious Fraud Investigation Office; and where the Deputy Registrar of Companies having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form AOC-4 within thirty days of the succession.
