Surrender of certificate.—Every company who ceases to carry on the carrying on of business by a company shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CHG-1 of the manner in which every share held by him has been disposed of.
