Intimation of change.—Every company shall intimate to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, in Form AOC-4 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
