Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the cable landing station operator shall apply to the Digital Communications Commission in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees, and the Digital Communications Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
