Intimation of change.—Every licensed surveyor shall intimate to the Tahsildar, in Form 12 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tahsildar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
