Surrender of certificate.—Every examination centre who ceases to carry on the conduct of examinations shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Education Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every school building held by him has been disposed of.
