Fees.—The fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Dispute Resolution Panel by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 10; and the Dispute Resolution Panel shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
