Application for registration.—Every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application for registration to the Municipal Council in Form E, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every trade licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
