Surrender of certificate.—Every electrical contractor who ceases to carry on the execution of electrical installation work shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every installation held by him has been disposed of.
