Surrender of certificate.—Every stamp vendor who ceases to carry on the sale of court fee stamps shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Odisha in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register of suits held by him has been disposed of.
