Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vehicle used for election purposes shall intimate to the Election Tribunal, in Form 2B and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
