Application for registration.—Every lessee of a village fishery carrying on fishing in a village tank shall make an application for registration to the District Panchayat in Form 3, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every building held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
