Intimation of change.—Every authorised representative shall intimate to the Director General of Income-tax, in Form 10 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director General of Income-tax shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
