Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a teleport who ceases to carry on the operation of a teleport shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every register of subscribers held by him has been disposed of.
