Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for relief works shall apply to the National Authority in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the National Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
