Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the private body funded by a public authority shall apply to the Central Information Commission in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Central Information Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
