Safe custody.—Every contractor supplying stores to the Force shall keep every stores to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the supply of stores is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every stores so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Cantonment Board within three days of the close of each year.
