Surrender of certificate.—Every registered office keeper who ceases to carry on the keeping of a registered office shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form AOC-4 of the manner in which every register of charges held by him has been disposed of.
