Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of motor vehicles shall intimate to the Transport Commissioner, in Form 30 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Transport Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
