Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of biological resources who ceases to carry on the collection of biological resources shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Telangana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every wild animal article held by him has been disposed of.
