Fees.—The fee of one lakh rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Ombudsman by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VII; and the Ombudsman shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within thirty days of its receipt.
