Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the generating company shall apply to the Ombudsman in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Ombudsman shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
