Surrender of certificate.—Every registered organisation who ceases to carry on the working of an organisation for persons with disabilities shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every hostel held by him has been disposed of.
