Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor shall apply to the Screening Committee in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Screening Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
