Application for registration.—Every sand mining permit holder carrying on the extraction of sand shall make an application for registration to the District Mineral Foundation in Form F, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every mineral held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
