Intimation of change.—Every sand mining permit holder shall intimate to the District Mineral Foundation, in Form H and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Mineral Foundation shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
