Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a wharf who ceases to carry on the working of a wharf shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every survey certificate held by him has been disposed of.
