Surrender of certificate.—Every registered establishment who ceases to carry on the running of an establishment shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Screening Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every petition held by him has been disposed of.
