Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any importer of wireless equipment dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of subscribers then held; and the Telecommunication Engineering Centre shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
