Application for registration.—Every importer of wireless equipment carrying on the import of wireless equipment shall make an application for registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form F, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every spectrum held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
