Production of records.—Every co-developer shall, on request by the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these rules for inspection at the premises where the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any importer-exporter code not held at those premises.
