Surrender of certificate.—Every co-developer who ceases to carry on the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Approval in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-1 of the manner in which every authorisation held by him has been disposed of.
