Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974 (Telangana Act 2 of 1974); (b) "athlete" means a person carrying on participation in competitions; (c) "result" means a result received, held or disposed of by a athlete in the course of participation in competitions; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
