Surrender of certificate.—Every finder of treasure who ceases to carry on the finding of treasure shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every parcel of land held by him has been disposed of.
